I have always been impressed by the generosity of the members of the Des Moines Area Quilters Guild. Throughout the years you have donated quilts to children, senior citizens, and the veterans, to only name a few. You also donate your time by volunteering at the quilt show, the children’s summer quilting program, and the DMAQG state fair sewing room. Many members also volunteer at projects that are outside of the Guild.
The Annual Women’s Health Auction, held in August, was another example of our willingness to give.
A big thank you to everyone who volunteered their time. The auction and Mall in the Hall could not have happened without you.
