New Location: Holiday Inn Express Conference Center 2502 South Hulsizer Rd, Ankeny Iowa.
New Length: 3 days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Doors open 9 a.m. Friday and doors close at 4 pm on Sunday. In between, how long you and your friends sew is up to you!

New Option, You Choose your Lodging: Join us everyday and go home at night OR you can stay onsite at the Holiday Inn Express. We have a block of 15 rooms reserved at $99 a night plus tax. Rooms have 2 queen beds. You decide if you want to share the room or who you would like to share the room with. Need help finding a roommate, give Julie a call/email.
New Meal Plan: No meals will be provided, but within walking distance is Olive Garden, Perkins and Taco Bell. Plus so many more dining options are with in a short driving distance. IF you stay at the hotel, a premium breakfast at the hotel is included.
Upgraded Snack Area: In our meeting area is a whole kitchen that will be just ours. 2 full refrigerators and our own ice maker. Coffee and Water will be provided.
Cost for all 3 days: 2026 was $60 for members, $80 for non members. No daily rates.
2027 registration is not open until closer to retreat dates.

Two great days to sew and visit with guild members. Held at the West Des Moines Christian Church. A great big, bright work space that’s so convenient to get to! We hold this program several times a year, watch here for dates and registration as they become available. Space is limited to 50 participants, so everyone gets your own work table! (No overnight accommodations included.)
The fee is $30.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members.
Hours are: Friday 9am – 9pm and Saturday 8am – 8pm
