Sujata grew up in Mumbia, India and says, ”I find hand stitching therapeutic and nourishing to the soul. Through my quilts I remain connected to my past, my culture and heritage.” This will be a relaxing handwork class learning traditional Indian kawandi hand quilting and construction techniques. Plan to join us for our winter Sew Be It! Like a retreat (without the sleepover). Everyone will get a table for 2 full days of uninterrupted sewing and quilting. Lots of inspiration and chatting with other quilters. Details here.
