What: The Missouri Quilt Museum Airing of the Quilts
When: Saturday, August 15, 2026 – bus will leave Des Moines at 7:30 am (probably from Merle Hay Mall), returning approximately 7 pm
Where: Hamilton, MO
Cost: $20 for members $70 for non-members
This trip is limited to 50 people. There are several restaurants in town where you can enjoy lunch. We are not planning on stopping for dinner, so you may want to pack a snack for the trip home in case the onboard snacks aren’t enough.
You can register for one or both trips on the same form. Sign up early, the trips will fill!
What: The Great River Quilt Show (Mississippi Valley Quilters Guild)
When: Saturday, October 17, 2026 – bus will leave Des Moines at 7:30 am (probably from Merle Hay Mall), returning approximately 6 pm
Where: Davenport, IA
Cost: $20 for members $70 for non-members
This trip is also limited to 50 people. The show is at the Fairgrounds and I believe there will be food available (will finalize those details soon). We are not planning on stopping for dinner, so you may want to pack a snack for the trip home in case the onboard snacks aren’t enough.
