Newcomers Meeting

Newcomers meetings are open to guild members who have joined within the last year. Our next Newcomers meeting will be on Tuesday, August 18th, at 6:30 PM at the Polk County West Side Community Center (134 6th Street, West Des Moines - corner of 6th and Maple). We'll hear details about the Quilt Show and volunteering from Diane Crawford and Cindy Ohmart, our 2015 Quilt Show Chairs. We end the meeting with Show-and-Tell, so bring something you want to show off. Please join us to learn more about our guild and meet other new members on August 18th!

- Joyce Moore, 2015 Vice President.

Note from the Program Chairs
In August, there will not be a regular program but join us for the annual charity auction.

, Jacquie Gering will speak on "Quilting Modern." October 28, she will teach "Slice and Insert Improv" and on October 29, "Log Cabins-Modern Makeover" will be offered.
